A HAPPY FAMILY

Last nite I had a hard time getting to sleep. I've had a cold all week, and the coughing has actually hurt my ribs. But that wasn't the only reason I couldn't get to sleep. Our boys, Wes, Wade, Arls and Matthew Gordon have these exercise balls they got at Wal-Mart, but they use them in a game! They set up their own rules, and try and get a small ball that's on the floor, while they're on this big ball on their knees, trying to make a goal. Well, the laughter, bumping, and ouching was incredible; to say nothing of moving the foundations of this modular home!! Jenn and the grandkids were here, too, cheering them on, and taking pictures. This pic is the only one that's not a movie, so I can post it. You see they have a foam pad nearby so the fall isn't so hard.
As I lay there hearing all this fun going on, from 10-11 p.m., I thought how neat it was that boys that age, 18-25, can make their own fun at home, instead of being out doing unmentionables!! We are a blessed happy family!
When they got up this morning, they could show us their 'war' wounds, and how they ache all over.

I remember over the summer Cam, Warren and Terry having a competition of who could stay on the ball the longest in wierd positions. It was very funny.
