A snowy day

I'm trying to upload some pictures, but it's pretty slow!! I'll just write a bit for now.

Oh, now it DID post, so here's the snow after it hailed!! The boys went outside in barebacks to get tortured by the hail. Silly boys! =)

Ernie and I went to Moab, UT to watch Wade and Wes skydive!!(yesterday) But when we got there, they were fixing a cable in the airplane, so they said to check back in a couple hours. Good thing the boys brought along two of Jenn's dad's fourwheelers, and Wes had his new quad in the pickup. So Wade, Jenn and Wes each had a vehicle, and they also took Keagan and Kaden along for rides.

Ernie and I took Aleah and Arlin and went into the town and had lunch. When we got back to the airport they said that it was too windy, even if the cable had been fixed. So Jenn and Kaden came back home with Ernie and I, and Wade, Wes, Arlin and Keagan stayed a few more hours to play on the quads. They had fun, anyway, but we don't know when they can actually skydive. It's been a month now since Wade's B'day, when he got this gift.

The little boys found some collies to play with while we were waiting there, and also a toy airplane. Those are the pics I'm trying to post.

Well, on the homefront, it's only a five weeks till Arlin graduates! That almost sounds funny to me, after 10 years of homeschooling him! It's been a long haul, but worth it! I will sorely miss him, because 6 days after grad he's off to China!

You folks can pray that his US passport gets here in time, and also his CDN passport with the China visa stamped in it. It always seems to take so long, and I get anxious waiting for it. It always seems so last minute!!

The week after Arls leaves, Ernie and I plan to take a trip to Wisconsin to meet some relatives we've never seen. It's sort of our 35th anniversary trip. Should be fun! I'll also go up to the logging camp once in awhile during the summer. Then this Fall, I won't have anyone to homeschool, so I'll have to make some new decisions for this phase in my life!
