We took a trip to BC to see Ernie's brother, David, who had an operation in Vancouver. Dave lives in Atlin, BC, so it was great to see him in the 'south' of BC. We basically spent one day in the lower Fraser Valley, and had a BBQ with my sisters, brother, and some nieces and nephews. Then it was another day of driving to Cranbrook, but it was broken up by visiting our friends, Dan & Dorothy Unger, who met us in Osoyoos, and then some more friends in Creston!
In Cranbrook we got to see several friends because we were there for four days! Wow, a long time. =) Had visits and meals with relatives, too, and it was great to reconnect!! We also talked alot about selling some of our property that we still own, so hopefully that will happen in a couple months. The lady renting our house is very interested, and 'going for it' we hope!!
As you can tell by the following pictures, we met alot of friends for a last meal on Friday nite, and the left Cranny for two more days of driving. So the whole trip was actually 5 days of driving and 5 days of visiting. We got to watch most of Terran's relay dune-buggy race at the Grand Junction Speedway the Sunday we were coming home. What fun!
